Once you've entered your account number, you'll be requested to choose
the type of account such as checking, savings, loan etc.
Then enter your 4-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN).
First Time Users: When inquiring about a personal account, your
PIN
code is the last four digits of your social security number. For
commercial accounts, your PIN code is
the last four digits of your business Federal ID number. After you have
entered the number you will be prompted to enter a new
PIN which you determine. This number should be kept
confidential and in a safe place for your reference.
Listen to the specific account information options. When you hear the
option you want, make your selection. If you miss an option, press *# to
repeat the options.
